Why we built this
“Most GLP-1 services are built to onboard a million people. Caliber is built for the man who's already optimized everything else — and wants the same care for the next thirty years that he gave the last ten.”
Before you continue

A few things to know.

What does “compounded” mean — and is it safe?
Compounded semaglutide is prepared by a 503B outsourcing facility — a pharmacy regulated by the FDA under different rules than branded manufacturers. The active molecule is the same as Ozempic and Wegovy; the formulation is prepared per-patient under physician supervision. It is not FDA-approved. Most of our members choose it because branded supply has been inconsistent and cash-pay pricing is roughly $1,200–1,400/month.
When am I actually charged?
You're charged when you click Continue to checkout on this page and complete the payment form. Your medication ships within 48 hours of payment. If your physician later determines you shouldn't start the protocol (rare), you receive a full refund.
Can I cancel? Will I be charged again automatically?
Yes, cancel after any month from your member portal — no call, no retention email, no 30-day notice window. Your card is charged on the same date each month until you cancel. If you pause, you're not charged for the paused months.
Does this work with my Whoop, Oura, or Levels data?
Not yet directly. Your physician will ask about resting heart rate, HRV, and CGM data during your monthly check-in if you have it — but we don't currently pull from wearables. Native integration is on the roadmap for late 2026.
